FAQ
General
What does "made to order" mean and what products are included?
Made-to-order products are hand-cut and sewn in-house. To keep up with demand, we typically create products in small-batch production runs and try to keep a small amount of stock on hand. However, for some specialty items, we produce them made to order, which will extend the shipping timeline (and is noted on the page at the time of purchase). This can include head covers, pouches, scorecard/yardage book holders, and golf bags. Items such as ball marks, towels, and apparel are produced in small-batch quantities and are on hand, ready to ship in 1-2 business days, unless stated otherwise.
Does Seamus have a showroom or retail space?
YES! We do have a small retail space available for you to come and browse product. You might be able to find a limited run or a small batch product available for purchase only in our retail location.
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (PST). Occasionally we will shut down for holiday closures. Please check out our Google listing to help identify closures, or email into our team at: info@seamusgolf.com.
Do you ever do custom orders?
Yes. Please email us at info@seamusgolf.com if you are interested in a custom product.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

*CUSTOM ORDERS (including leather labels and hand stamping): We can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours after it has been placed.
How can I check on the status of my order?

Please note that if your order contains made to order items, please allow the necessary production time before shipment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email after 14 business days, please email info@seamusgolf.comto check on the status.

Does expedited shipping change the estimated ship date of my items?
Orders are shipped complete based on the item with the longest estimated processing time.
- How it works: If your cart includes a 1-2 day item and an 11-14 day item, the entire order will ship in 11-14 business days.
- Delivery dates: We work hard to ship orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates.
- Time-sensitive orders: If you need an item by a specific date, please contact our customer service team at info@seamusgolf.com so we can help accommodate your timeline.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship globally. To make the international shipping process as seamless as possible, for most countries, your shipping rate—along with any applicable local customs, duties, and taxes—will be calculated and collected automatically at checkout. If these are collected at checkout, you will not be charged any surprise fees upon delivery.
Please note: For certain destinations, we are unable to collect duties and taxes upfront. If no duties or taxes are charged at checkout, these fees remain the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
Please ensure you provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout so the carrier can contact you regarding delivery updates or to arrange payment for customs fees. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to us.

What is your Golf Bag repair policy?
- Any golf bag purchased at Seamus Golf comes with a one-year repair/replacement warranty.
- All repairs are subject to review and will be assessed within five business days.
- Golf bag repairs or replacements may take up to 4-6 weeks.
- Seamus Golf will pay the return shipping cost for bags returned to us for repairs.
- Customers with golf bags past the one-year warranty will need to provide photos of the damaged areas, and our team will then assess whether the bag is repairable.
- Any bags that can be repaired will have a fee based on what needs to be done. That fee will be communicated and paid for before any repairs begin.
- For bags that can not be repaired, customers will be offered a discount towards their next golf bag purchase. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to and from Seamus. Please contact us (info@seamusgolf.com) if you have any questions.
Please see our Product Repairs page for more information and to submit a repair request.
What is your Product Repair policy?
We do have a repair policy covered under product warranty, and we also provide repair services for items that fall outside of that warranty period.
You can find our policy and information on submitting a repair request on our Product Repairs page.
What options do you offer for personalization?
Most head covers or pouches offer the option to add a customized leather sewn to the wool. We use a vegetable tanned leather and can engrave almost any text or logo (that you own the rights to) onto the leather.
Most golfers get their initials, name, or favorite word or saying. The artwork is burned into the leather in a process that is similar to the branding process.
We also now offer embroidery on our Seamus Customizer Mashup Driver! Personalization is limited to text, numbers, and standard symbols only.
Most of our Hand Forged® Ball Markers, Bag Tags, and Pitch Tools include free personalization. For this personalization, we hand-stamp your item with up to 8 characters. If you are curious about how we do this, our Instagram showcases a great video of Akbar, stamping a Ball Marker: Seamus Instagram.
For further personalization options, please email info@seamusgolf.com.
How should I care for my product?
Please see our Product Care Guide for more information on how to best care for your products.
Will my Club fit your covers?
Most likely, the answer is yes!
Please see our Product Guide for more detailed information about our products, including club fit and sizing.
What are the dimensions of your products?
Because we make such a large variety of products, it is best to check out our Product Guide for more complete information.
Can you make products using a tartan that is not available on your website?
Yes! The best way to do this is by connecting with our awesome customer service team at info@seamusgolf.com.
Typically, we require customers to purchase and send the tartan fabric they would like to use. We do require certain material standards, so please make sure to reach out to our staff BEFORE ordering the material you want to use.
Do your ball marks rust? What can I do if my ball mark has rusted?
When exposed to the elements, steel oxidizes and rusts as a result of the oxidation process. We use a sealant on the metal to help protect the ball marker from rusting, but rust can still occur, especially in more damp or humid climates.
If you'd like to try to remove the rust, you can use fine sandpaper to buff it away. It would be a good idea to then reapply a clear sealant over the top again, but keep in mind it will rust again over time.
The Hand Forged® items that may experience rust are the Steel, Blackened Steel, and Oil Can items.
Why does the color vary on some of the Hand Forged® products?
Because our products are made of Steel, Copper, and Bronze metals, they can naturally develop slight color variations. This is due to how the products are made during the forging process, and is considered a natural patina.
A great video showing how each ball marker is made can be seen on this YouTube video. Please note that this link will direct you to a YouTube website page.
