SOCIAL MEDIA, BRANDING, AND CAMPAIGN SUPERVISOR

The Social Media position is responsible for implementing all facets of the social media marketing segment for SEAMUS GOLF.

Direct hands - on responsibility for monitoring and interacting with digital influencers in key spaces such as Instagram, Snap Chat, Facebook, & Twitter.  This includes content development, photo uploading / editing, responding to customer service inquiries, engaging with existing / prospecting customers, maintaining brand across all channels, and initiating campaigns to respectfully disrupt the golf space with class and style.

Quality copywriting style consistent with SEAMUS brand communication an absolute must.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

SEAMUS has wholesale accounts around the world, and we are seeking a capable, hard working, and impeccable communicator to work with accounts, sales representatives, and internal staff management.  Vibrant energy and ability to interact with prospective customers in a manner that is consistent with SEAMUS brand is a must.  A key goal of this position isn't growing business through cold calling, but assisting in maintaining current relationships and growing through thoughtful opportunities that maintain the natural growth path of SEAMUS.

Ability to operate Adobe products, specifically Illustrator in preparing digital mock ups for prospective projects, a helpful skill to have or have willingness to learn.  Travel may occur more frequently during portions of the year.  Residing in Portland, Oregon area a plus.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT / INTERN

A part time to full time position assisting our growing production needs.  Processes involved with this position can include stringing bag tags, clipping threads, operating an embroidery machine, running the laser engraver, shipping boxes, answering phone calls, and other tasks that may arise throughout the course of the high energy / busy work environment at SEAMUS.

Strong work ethic, team player, and location in Portland, Oregon area a must.

PRODUCTION SEWING

We are a growing golf accessory business in Beaverton, Oregon. While this is a part time position for now, we expect the needs to fluctuate through the holidays and it may or may not increase or decrease in the future.

Production consists of sewing straight lines, and working with a variety of materials to include wool, canvas, leather, fleece, and elastic. Must have ability to make bags with zippers. Many tools are used to manufacture, and thus the ability to work with industrial straight stitch, walking foot, and surger are requirements for this position.


Compensation can be paid per piece and in some cases hourly and based on experience / abilities. Must produce quality products. Inability to produce products on a timely basis and of the appropriate quality may result in termination. Fabrics, hardware, thread, and required notions will be provided.



REQUIREMENTS:

Maintain or exceed expectations in production schedules.
Provide accurate communication of abilities and projected timeframes
Understand that quality is of utmost importance. Our products are high end.
Possess ability to work well with others.
All steps must be completed properly to create a sellable product and only sellable products
will be compensated.
Organization & multi tasking a must.
Team player attitude
Willingness to work onsite and in office.

Compensation: Pay is generally by piece and will in some cases be hourly. Market rate is based on the average time taken by an intermediate experience seamstress. Employee will not be compensated for items that are unsellable due to a lack in quality. Individual earnings will vary based on skill, machine, process, and hours but can range.
