What does “made to order” mean and what products are included?
Made to order products are hand cut and sewn in house as we receive orders. This includes all head covers, pouches, scorecard/yardage book holders, and golf bags. Items such as ball marks, towels, and apparel are on hand and can ship in 1-2 business days.
Does Seamus have a showroom or retail space?
Due to COVID-19, we do not have a showroom or retail space. We hope to be able to offer this in the future. Please look through the website for our current product offerings and email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions about products.
Do you ever do custom orders?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will vary by order and are calculated using the carrier rates and are based upon size & weight of the order and the shipping postal code.

We are not conducting any local pick-up due to COVID-19. We are offering complimentary shipping to local addresses (in the Beaverton/Portland area)

What is your golf bag repair policy?
Any golf bag purchased at Seamus Golf comes with a repair/replacement policy of 1 year. All repairs are subject to review by our leather department and will be assessed within 5 business days. Golf bag repairs or replacements will take up to 4-6 weeks.
Customers with golf bags past the 1 year warranty will need to provide photos of the damaged areas and our team will then assess whether the bag is repairable or not. Any bags that can be repaired will have a fee applied based on what needs to be done. That fee will be communicated and paid for before any repairs begin.
For bags that can not be repaired, customers will be offered a discount towards their next golf bag purchase. Any shipping costs to and from Seamus will be the customers responsibility. Please contact us if you have any questions.
What is your head cover repair policy?
Any head cover damaged due to Seamus construction, within 1 year of purchase will be repaired or replaced by Seamus at no charge. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees to and from Seamus. After 1 year, all head cover repairs and replacements will be subject to fees based on the actions required. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees to and from Seamus. For damages on lids of barrel head covers (Driver and Fairway), we suggest replacing the material with a leather lid. These options can be discussed with our customer service team.
To start a repair request, please email our team with your order number, reason for the repair request and photos of the damaged head cover to email@example.com.
Will the product I receive look exactly like the picture on the website?
Please note that there will be unique variations in products as nearly all of our items are made by hand.
Our head covers that include a material with a pattern may appear different depending on how the material is placed when the cover is made. Additionally, different computer screens may display the coloring differently. We do our best to represent products with our photos as accurately as we can.
All of our ball markers are hand forged and made by our blacksmith here in Portland, OR. Each one has hand hammered edges and goes through a patina process which is what darkens the ball mark. Once that’s complete, each ball mark is buffed and sanded on an individual basis which results in a completely different and unique ball marker each time. Specifically, the Oil Can finish is developed by heating the steel with a torch to create the oxidation of colors you see on the surface. It goes through a handful of different colors depending on the temperature it reaches, and these can range from a yellowish/brown to a more blueish/purple tint. Complimentary stamping on Hand Forged goods is done by hand and will vary each time.
What options do you offer for personalization?
Each cover or pouch offers the option to add a customized leather sewn to the wool. We use a vegetable tanned leather sourced from Oregon Leather Company, and can inscribe virtually any single color text or logo (that you own the rights to) onto the leather. Most golfers get their initials, name, or favorite word/saying. The artwork is burned into the leather, in a process that is similar to the branding process.
Most ball marks include free personalization. We will hand stamp your ball mark with up to 8 characters.
For further personalization options, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If I select the option to add personalization, will my order take longer?
Adding personalization options such as adding a leather label to head covers or complimentary hand-stamping on the back of ball marks will not delay your order.

Can you make products using a tartan that is not available on your website?
Yes. Please fill out the Custom Tartan Request form and someone from our team will be in touch soon.
Do your ball marks rust? What can I do if my ball mark has rusted?
When exposed to the elements, steel oxidizes and rusts as a process of that. We use a sealant over the metal that helps protect the ball marker from rusting, but this process will naturally occur, especially if you're in a more damp or humid climate. If you'd like to try to remove the rust, you can use a fine sandpaper, like Scotch Brite, to buff it away. It would be a good idea to then reapply a clear sealant over the top again, but keep in mind it will rust again over time.
Are your ball marks magnetic?
Our steel and oil can ball marks are magnetic. Nickel, copper, and bronze finish ball marks are not magnetic.
Why is my discount code not working?
