The position of Administrative Support Intern supports all Seamus team members as needed. Intern will have the opportunity to learn how a small manufacturing company in the golf industry works.  Duration will be from three months to one year.


Support all office/manufacturing team members.


  • Assist office team members as needed.  This may include but is not limited to:
    • Building boxes and assisting in the shipping area.
    • File, scan, print, or organize physical papers or digital files.
    • Cut, trim, organize, separate, tie, or string manufactured goods as needed.
    • Help organize employee lunches.
    • Able and willing to answer phones as required.  This includes providing customer service and answering customer questions over the phone or directing phone calls to the correct individual.
    • Drives a car to run errands for the company.  This includes but is not limited to picking up or dropping off at vendors, assisting with transporting shipping boxes to various carrier drop-off points, picking up lunches, or picking up purchases from local vendors.
    • Assist with basic photography.
    • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

The duties of the Data Entry position are to assist with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly data entry tasks. Additionally, this position assists when needed with running reports related to sales, inventory, and other various departments.  


Utilize various software to assist with the completion of necessary data entry as directed by the needs of the Controller, Purchaser, Sales Team, and other Administration as requested.  


  • Input sales receipts on a daily/weekly basis.  
  • Assist Sales Team with various order creations, adjustments, and corrections as needed by the Sales Team. This includes creating Sales Orders as they arrive for our Online customer(s).  
  • Email out Sales Orders for customer approval.  Assist Sales Team with email order management in inbox, including but not limited to assigning emails to Sales Team Members and notifying Team of urgent requests.
  • Assist Controller with Account Receivable (A/R) Customer Statements. This includes assessing the monthly A/R reports, issuing Statements, and following up with customer inquiries for submitting payments.   
  • Assist Controller with monthly inventory tasks, as needed.  
  • Assist Controller with monthly commission reports, as needed.

This position is responsible for all aspects of shipping, communicating with customers regarding shipping challenges or confirming addresses, and assisting with various needs with production (including but not limited to trimming, threading, and tidying up workspaces) by performing the following duties. 



  • Assists with shipping wholesale and direct-to-consumer orders. This includes counting, boxing, taping, measuring, weighing, and applying shipping documents.  
  • Assists as the last touch point for all orders and reviews products for quality, accuracy, and aesthetics.  
  • Uses both phone and email to communicate with customers and vendors regarding shipments, addresses, and other details. 
  • Assists with the production needs of the company, including but not limited to, tying, trimming, turning, stamping, etc. 
  • Makes sure all packages are shipped each day. This may include transporting packages in a personal vehicle to the various carrier locations to drop off.

This position is responsible for helping customers with questions, placing orders, order status, order issues, returns and giving customers information about products and services.

This position is responsible for identifying and pulling fabrics and materials for hand cutting with rotary blade of orders by style/pattern shape by performing the following duties.
• Maintains a high level of organization of orders and cut them in an efficient manner, to completion for sewing.
• Ability to work hands on with materials such as wool, cotton, canvas and leather. • Takes detailed notes and communicates the wait on fabrics or other missing items from order to Production team and purchasing for order.
• Works collaboratively with managers and staff to assure information flow.
• Resolves communication gaps and assists customer service and wholesale as directed.

This position is responsible for coordinating projects within the leather department. They are also responsible for sewing/ constructing Leather goods in compliance with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, customer requirements and established facility procedures by performing the following duties.


  • Maintains a high level of organization of orders and follows them through the process to completion.

  • Coordinates leather department projects and queue. Maintains inventory and submits purchase orders to purchasing manager.

  • Works in a professional manner with third party vendors. Quality control checks and approving sew samples up to our standards.

  • Familiar with reading and building tech packs.

  • Problem solving technical issues that arise within department; not limited to machinery,

    production issues, etc.

  • Works on a continuous stream of different projects with speed and accuracy, using materials

    such as wool, cotton, canvas and leather.

  • Operates an industrial sewing machine, such as straight stitch, surger and walking foot.

  • Works with a clicker cutter, leather deboss, and sharp cutting instruments.

  • Operates irons, heat press, lighters and sharp cutting tools.

  • Communicates and works collaboratively with personnel in the Design, Production Preparation,

    Sales and Customer Service departments to ensure that projects are finished on time and to

    company and customer standards.

  • Displays effective and courteous customer service in all communications with customers,

    vendors and business contacts.
