The Harris Tweed Fescue Project Bag is crafted around the highly coveted Harris Tweed hand woven in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland (Aka Straight Outta the Outer Hebrides). The center panel is accentuated with golden chap leather, that will distress and tan through use achieving a patina'ed look in a season or two. The weather-resistant shell is of US made Sage Waxed Canvas and lined with a natural waxed canvas. Simple Buff Cotton webbing strap disperses weight effectively and features antique brass hardware, giving the bag an overall air of rich history.
Rebalanced and Reimagined, the new Fescue Project bag lays 34" long with a 7" diameter top opening. In some cases the bag can carry up to 14 clubs (though we encourage smaller sets). Overall weighs just over 2 lbs empty. The exterior includes one zippered pocket lined with tweed, one scorecard slip pocket, a bungee towel / layering piece holder, and an all new cinch-close tweed pocket ideal for any combination of commonly accessed items such as a bluetooth speaker, range finder, water bottle, layering piece, or flask. Each bag is handmade in Oregon, USA.
